Sunday Morning Interactive Learning Experience

There will be no more SUNDAY SCHOOL at our church. Do your kids want to go to school on the weekend? When kids hear the word "school" they associate it with sitting quietly and being told what to do - not something they are real excited about and want to invite their friends to join them in. So we are doing away with Sunday SCHOOL, a place where they sit and a teacher stands up front and teaches. We will replace it with a S.M.I.L.E.: Sunday Morning Interactive Learning Experience.

At S.M.I.L.E. we will no longer have teachers. Our children, ages 2-11, will have a total of 18 adults that will lead and guide them each week as they experience Bible truths through stories, food, Bible memorization, crafts and more. They will have a chance to interact with their peers and the adults leading them. All our classes including Adults are using the same scriptures each Sunday.  This way the whole family can discuss the lesson through out the week.

Sundays 10:00 a.m. the congregation is divided into different classes:

         Nursery: newborn to age 2

        2-3 Year Old Class                                                                                                                                        

Are under the ocean with Nemo.
 

Preschool Class
Love to experience the love of God in this very bright and cheerful class.

Kindergarden Are learning all the ways that they can show their love for God.

First grade until middle school classesThese five classes rotate through our lesson, snack, M.V.P. (Memory Verse and Prayer), and worship.  One of these classes each week stay in one class room and enjoy time with Jesus during the Holy Ghost Rally.

6th Grade: out of elementary and onto higher education in school and church.

7th & 8th grade: ages 12-14
Learn how to overcome temptations and live a godly life.

Youth Class: ages 15-21
Teachers help the young people find the answers to the ?whys? they are facing.

New Beginnings- For those recently giving their life to God.
A small group setting where they can get information and support for their new life in Christ.

*Deuteronomy 6:7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when tou riseth up.

Adult class: age 21+                                                                                           Refreshments are served!

Study the Word of God in a relaxed atmosphere.

      Time to share and get involved with the lesson.
